Today's viral image was released earlier than usual, and once again we are presented with a fuzzy image of some clue for Black Ops 2.

The latest teaser, the seventh viral clue to date, has been released on callofduty.com! These routine daily releases of a new teaser clue all are leading up to the May 1st World Reveal of the next Call of Duty. Teaser image #7 shows an object that is vague and hard to identify. After looking at a cleaned up version we could be looking at 1 of 2 things. The object could be a snapshot of a map or environment (displaying a pipe, sewer, or factory). Or, the object could be a close up shot of a grenade launcher attachment mounted under the barrel of an unkown weapon. This is all speculation of course, but usually an official clear version of the image pops up a day later. If you have any idea of what it can be sound off in the comment section below!

The logo and release date for Black Ops 2 has now been unofficially confirmed. This image shows a preorder cards for the Xbox 360 and PS3 that were taken from a Target Retail store.
As you can see, release date is 11.13.12 and the logo is BLACK OPS II. It also appears that Target pre-orders include a $5 gift card.
This is clearly same logo on the leaked box art and the same logo we posted earlier this week

[UPDATE] Today has been full of Call of Duty news. To top it off a new viral teaser image has been released on the official site.

Moments ago a new image was unlocked on callofduty.com. For those following along with the viral marketing, this is the fifth teaser image. This clue is a still image with no moving components (unlike previous .gif number sequences). So what it is? Well by the looks of it there is the underside of a UAV drone and one of the wings of the mysterious Quadrotor showcased in the original FPS Russia teaser clue.
Is there more to the clue than just that? Who knows! If you have any other other theories or speculation feel free to let us know. If we find anything out, we will update this article accordingly.
Upon further analysis it seems likely that this is a photo of different air support that will be available in Black Ops 2. The UAV is a traditional support killstreak and has shown up in the most recent Call of Duty games since Call of Duty 4. Shown off to the side is the new Quadrotor. Even though equipped with a machine gun, could also be classified as "support" due to the ability of the user being able to manually fly it around the map and scout out the area. And what about that dark spec in the upper half of the image? If you zoom in and squint between the noise, maybe that is a 3rd additional support aircraft? There seems to be a "base" outline as well as motion blurred "wings"/propeller, it could similar to the Modern Warfare 3 Recon Drone. Of course that is just a guess, maybe all it is a spec on a dirty lens. Only time will tell!

Eagle Eye YouTube comentator xJawz noticed that the Drone tablet used by FPSrussia was the same tablet used by non other than Yuri in MW3.
Could this also have been the original prototype for the “MW3 Prestige Edition” that went M.I.A.? If you remember back on January 7th we reported from a credible source that MW3 was originally going to include a Prestige Edition in the form of a Tablet that was designed specifically to access Call of Duty ELiTE.
This is in no way confirmed and we may never know what really happened to the Prestige Edition of MW3. Either way it’s pretty cool that FPSrussia has access to “Yuri’s” inventory..
